Every member of that staff that I interacted with had a smile on their face and was happy to answer any questions or help in any way. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend upgrading to the garden or pool view room. The resort had everything we needed!

Upon arrival, the front desk didn't seem organized at all. Seemed like a poorly trained staff. Once we were escorted to our room we noticed the bar fridge wasn't stocked and the floors were not mopped (still dirty from previous guests). The room was spacious.
