"The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"The pools were great The staff were very attentive. Room could have been cleaner. The room was very hot and could not open window due to kitchen ventilation was blowing into the room."

"Breakfast lovely, beds comfy hotel very clean but the smallest family room i have ever had, so small u could only hang a few items in wardrobe, two small draws that u r lucky to fit a couple of t shirts in, had to keep everything in suitcases and you could not move, so disappointing would be perfect for two aunts and no more"

"Lovely hotel, excellent staff and best location… only thing for us was the cost to have a game of bingo and a drink…. £5 for just one sheet of bingo tickets, for just one game of bingo is very expensive and the drinks were the most expensive of anywhere else we went…."

"Food good , friendly helpful staff. Entertainment good. On the negative side children were allowed to stay in the bar until very late 12.30am. There should be a cut off point 10.30pm! Would possibly not revisit because of this"

"We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

"A very enjoyable experience"

"Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, fantastic choice of beverages in room, thoroughly enjoyed our stay we will be back"

"I enjoyed every thing about the hotel including services and warm welcome"

"Clean room. nice view of the sea. Lovely buffet breakfast. The bar was good. The refreshments area was only open at random times. Guests have to pay to use the pool."

"We stayed in a quadrupel sea front room,it was huge with great sea views and very comfitable. We went to see the illumination which was well worth the effort to see,and yes it rained, but it was good only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. The only down side and this is nit picking i was charged a surcharge for one of my party for breakfast has the room charge only coverd two people for breakfast which i thought strange has the room is for four people. The breakfast was stunning."

"Nice rooms & fantastic location"

"The parking if you book through a third party is £25 a night which for its location is very expensive so beware as they dont tell you the price when you check in. The area around the hotel seems very run down, I wouldn't walk from the hotel any where."

"Room 207 beautiful view of the fountains. Really comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room ready to fill with your own drinks. Valet parking. Excellent staff so welcoming. The bar in the hotel is well worth a visit. Beautifully decorated, relaxing and drinks choice including cocktails. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We chose the room only option but would recommend bed breakfast and evening meal. We had a lovely stay."
