"The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"We only did a overnight stay as travelling, room was a lovely size, big comfy bed which we both had an amazing sleep in, only downfalls were some stains on the laminate flooring, the bathroom lock partially came off when attempting to use, a pack of tissues on the side with the hotel logo on it had something stuck to it which was a yellow in colour so they were put back where they were found. The room could have been cleaned a tad better but on a whole comfy night, helpful staff. The honesty...

"not expecting a great deal for the price and got exactly that. Shower warm but hot tap not working. Tea bags, milk and sugar, great. No mug. Stronger curtains would be useful. Not a place for long stays for me im afraid."

La struttura è affascinante e molto curata, la camera comoda e accogliente, la colazione è ricca, il personale gentilissimo, c'è posto per parcheggiare e la cittadina di Lytham St Annes è piacevole e curata, vicinissima al caos di Blackpool"
