Your Ave. review was 7.3. After reserving the room I got on the general web and their Ave review was 3.8. Why the descrepence Expedia? Anyways, I have a dog so the dog rooms are the non remodeled. The rug had many old dog potty stains--uck. The bathroom floor was sticky but the rest of it was clean. The beds were clean and we slept OK. The management was fine- I'll bet tired of apologizing for their hotel.

The worker at the from was very friendly. Even though they were sold out of the room I reserved he upgraded at no extra charge. The beds were so comfortable I had the best sleep.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were polite and helpful but the coffee wasn't too great, the lobby coffee smelt terrible so other options would be nice. The hot tub and pool were fun. Certain parts of the hotel were breaking down and held together by tape and there was rust on some metal parts of the bathroom. All in all it was a good stay for the price we paid

The staff were all very attentive and kind. No complaints about the staff. We did have a table lamp with a broken glass lamp shade that was very sharp and jagged. I don't think housekeeperling noticed.it when they cleaned last. The pool was very nice, but the hottub was extremely dirty and not working properly. We could see stuff flotaing all over the top of the water.
