"Staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk. Room was great, great view, clean, spacious shower. Breakfast was excellent, much more than the basic continental breakfast I was expecting, particularly the vegan sausage and other vegetarian options."

The rooms were cosy and had everything required, free toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The gym was great considering it was a hotel gym, lots of equipment and free weights. "There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. "

"We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost. This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability. It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Well recommended !"
