"I liked this place however I did make a request for a 1st floor room near the entrance! There were at least 6 rooms closer to the entrance than mine. I do have a hard time walking and I stayed at the hotel for less than 12 hours. I did make my reservation through a 3rd party, but I think the staff should have tried harder to honor my request!"
