"I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights."

"Paid for an executive room and was given a standard room."

"Best hotel in Addis ! The staff from security all the way to house keeping were all so helpful. Beautiful, clean and modern hotel ! Love my stay at skylight !"

"Amazing place to stay for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very hospitable."

"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

"Clean room, nice views and friendly staff. Samrawit (manager) is very pleasant, along with the front desk persons. Steam room is nice (although sauna wasn't as hot as is should be), gym is adequate. Walking distance to most things in Bole. Good value for the money."

"Looks like the entire place needs renovation mostly the pool side is very dirty and they are still allowing people swim in it my kids rashes all on their skin after we left the place"
