Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
Comfortable room and good facilities. Only issue was the aircon/heater in room was really loud so had to turn it off when actually in room. Fine this time but would be issue in height of summer as loud roads would mean can’t open windows.

The room was spotless, warm and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The only problem was that there is a £15 parking fee which was not the shower had plenty of hot water
