Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Katherine and Terry was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of choice at breakfast time they made sure you never left hungry 😊 spacious room with super king bed the best bed I’ve slept in for a while. Definitely be returning again in the future. Great BnB. Good location for travelling around Birmingham and within walking dostance of shops and restaurants in Acocks Green. Terry does all he can to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Place with Great Owners

A lovely place with very friendly and helpful owners. Location is great, just a few minutes from the train station with trains into central Birmingham and a 10 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. Would recommend, I will definitely be back if in the area again.

Excellent Stay - Great For Airport

Overnight stay for an early airport flight the next day. The host is very nice and the room was very nice and quiet and everything I needed was there. Very recommended.

WHAT A GEM!

I made a very late booking and was instantly made most welcome by Terry and Katherine who have run this Lodge for many years. Everything about my stay was perfect and a fabulous breakfast was available if required. I extended my stay by an extra day and this presented no problems. I travel around the country and stay at many places most of which do not merit a review. I wish this lovely couple all the best and a successful season and will certainly return when next in the area.

A little gem

Incredibly friendly host could not do enough for us from suggesting takeaway and letting us use the dining room to a lovely breakfast choice of nicely cooked good quality local produce. Room was warm and comfy with tea and coffee provided. We will stay here again.

From the moment I stepped through the door, the place was welcoming, warm and cosy. Katherine and Terry have created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was a revelation, and we were all introduced to each other at the table.

I had a lovely stay at Elmdon Lodge. My room was the single one but it had a decent bathroom, TV and a fridge. The downstairs kitchen was very useful. The owners were very friendly and extremely welcoming. Parking at the back was good and it was close enough to walk to Aldi or the high street with food options. I would definitely stay here again.
