"Ok city hotel room wasn’t the greatest"

"."

"Good choice"

"Very central, perfect for a weekend getaway with plenty of shops and bars nearby. New street station is also right around the corner. I do advise to bring your own hairdryer as most of them which you get at the reception are usually taken. It is also quite noisy until about midnight due to pubs around. Otherwise, good hotel and friendly staff."

"It was nice and clean ."

"The location is great, just 2 minute walk to the main train station and city centre. The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very helpful."

"Great shower"

"Walking distance from BHX terminal. Very conveniently located and in house restaurant and bar (24h). All I needed was a bed and a shower before a very early morning flight. The very cosy lobby was a great surplus."

"Not the best experience- had had an issue with an old credit card on the booking which the receptionist went on and one about at check in. Very little sound proofing so sleep was interrupted by the noise from the row of bars downstairs. This was then further exacerbated by both coffee machines in the breakfast room being out of service. Room was a decent size though"

"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."
