"La vie de palais tout simplement. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent accueilli comme des rois. Check in express dans la chambre, personnel partout, professionnel et serviable. Nous avons séjourné deux une petite suite dans le “run of house”, decoration de l’époque impériale, lit très confortable et tout les essentiels contemporains dans un cachet ancien préservé. Les espaces communs sont grandioses avec une piscine magnifique et des transats d’époque. Un immense parc ceinture la propriété qui est un véritable havre de tranquillité au milieu de la ville. Le parc est aménagé à l’anglaise avec même deux terrains de tennis sur gazon! Le restaurant “Colonnades “ est fabuleux au petit déjeuner et au dîner. D’ailleurs le dîner sous les étoiles sur la terrasse gazonnée est un moment mémorable. Outre l’architecture palatiale et la localisation, le point fort de l’établissement réside en son personnel. Du bartender au serveur du restaurant en passant par les commis de la réception, tout le monde y met du sien pour rendre l’expérience extraordinaire."

"It is a heritage palace property so expect some old things like metal keys and padlocks for your door, and limited plug ins, but what you get in return is breathtaking! One of the best experiences of our travels! "

"Very courteous staff, exceptionally convenient location considering its proximity to the railroad station which is a great plus and not far from the old walled city (from sight seeing or shopping for handicrafts POV). Hotel food is good although several additional dining options present within a couple of miles radius of this location. Chose this location given its proximity to the offices of interest during this stay, an important thing to consider given the busy traffic in this iconic historical city."
