The beds were uncomfortable. The smoke detector light was really bright and shined down in our faces all night. I left after one night of the originally planned 2-night stay, but they still charged me for the second night because they didn't get 24 hours notice - even though I checked out at 8am. The front desk person said someone would call me about this, but they didn't. I called to request a manager and was asked to leave my number for a call back, which i did. Still no call. The next time I called I spoke with the manager (Jay) who told me he'd call me back the next day, but he didn't. I was not asking for a refund for the night that I stayed, but they did not have to charge me for that second night. Especially when I left because it was unsatisfactory!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a short ice fishing trip at the end of February. The property was so cozy and the beds were comfortable. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again when we return next year!"

I've shared an image of the notice that was on the locked door of the office of the hotel that clearly states the property is not suitable for human inhabitants. "
