"This Hotel is extremely nice and the staff was very welcoming. I believe it just opened in October/2025. The area looks as if its undergoing major upgrades. Would definitely stay here again. If you like baseball, there's what looks to be a minor league team/stadium across the street."

"I was taken back when there is a 100.00 deposit required in case I took anything (towels etc.) the guest have to take the towels to the front desk daily for fresh ones. I will think twice before I book there. "

"Absolutely awful. We booked two rooms, checked in front desk was friendly got to One room no issue but could tell it wasn’t super clean. Opened the door to the other room and there were guest already in there. We went down, got a different room one with a king bed and a pull out couch. Pulled out the couch and the protective sheet was ripped and nibbled apart and looked as if there were mouse droppings. We noticed there weren’t an extra set of blankets so back down we went. She needed to call a manager to see if we were allowed to have bed sheets. At that point 4 grown people piled onto one king size bed. Worst experience "

"Pam at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She referred to the housekeeping staff as “my girls” which let me know this property and their staff operate as a TEAM and I love that. The man working night shift with the Locs (I did not catch his name) was very friendly as well. The only drawback was the bathroom , it was very small in the unit we had and the water was pooling (not draining fast ) in the bathtub . This property is in a great area, in proximity to the mall. "

"Repairs due to a lack of finishing work, need to be done in areas. There was a hole in the wall where a door stop should be, to keep the door handle from making a hole. The shower door is a weird set up, where you cannot reach to turn on the shower before stepping in. The iron did not hold water and leaked all over after adding water. People loitering out in the parking area and by entrance is not a good first impression. Not bad….but needs to be a lot better to get more stars. "

"Property is old but clean. Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. "
