"We appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds. There wasn't any hair dryer or free breakfast because it was a budget hotel, but there was a fridge and microwave, and coffee in the morning and the view from our window was nice. We could also hear our neighbors a bit. But we got what we paid for and were very satisfied. One winning feature - the Dominos pizza was so close we received our pizza piping hot barely 20 minutes after placing our order."

"I asked for full service everyday, extra towels I only got extra towels once. We never got fresh bedding not on our 4 day stay. We never even got trashed picked up until day 3. I have never had this experience with a Best Western. I never got full service for out room in my 4 day stay. Was upset."
