The remote to our TV had buttons that didn’t work. Getting a new one from the front desk was easy, but then We had issues with our TV not working properly. Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel. We stayed during thanksgiving, so it was a busy morning for travelers. But the breakfast buffet stayed cleaned and fully stocked. The coffee was great. The attendant really was doing a wonderful job. That night we asked for extra towels and the front desk worker offered a mat for the floor as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. All the other guests were nice and friendly in the common breakfast area and halls. The “vibe” of the hotel is friendly! I think management must be excellent to create such an environment.

My family and I were in town visiting family. Our stay at SpringHill Hotel was great. Great rooms. There was definitely enough room for 4 of us. Breakfast the next morning was fresh with several options. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
