Here at our property, we do not have queen size double beds; they are full size. I do apologize that you were not aware of this per booking your reservation. I would like to also apologize regarding the build up on the shower head and the knobs on the microwave. I will be letting maitenance know this so we can get this fixed right away. Corey,Banks can hold up funds up to 5-14 business days, and I am sorry to hear that your funds are being held longer than expected. I would love to contact your bank and give them a Credit Card release form to get these funds released back to you in a timely manner. Please contact me at the hotel to further discuss our options.
