Service in the Restaurant was very poor. Long wait times. Eventually got a table, but then sat waiting for a menu and then to order. The menu now on offered is a lot worse than previous menu."

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."
