"Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
"Excellent property, and we were grateful for having such a spacious three bedroom apartment for our family to stay in. The location is excellent, directly opposite the RSL which does fantastic meals overlooking the river (and has a kids club during dinner time!) The room was spotlessly clean, the service was friendly, and parking and check-in was simple."

"This is a lovely little hotel, it has charm, was very clean. It had all the needs covered. Close to a pub if needed. We extended for another night, and it was no problem. Also, a really nice continental breakfast was unexpected. Loved it."
