"Good location, great view from our room, decent breakfast. Other than the lady who checked us in who gave us our room with a view, the rest of the staff seems to have trouble speaking English and therefore communication was difficult. Breakfast was packed with people and the breakfast area was poorly laid out which made for a traffic jam around the food. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The property was disgustingly, odorous, old and in disrepair. The floor of the room was as uneven. There was a hole in the middle of the floor. Fortunately, the water pressure was decent but the water only got lukewarm. The water smelled like rotten eggs when you turned on the shower. A chair in the room had visible stains. It looked like it had been sitting outside and had bird droppings on it. I was told by staff that they couldn’t help me with these issues because I booked the room on Hotels.com. Avoid this property. It is terrible."

"The property is old and not maintained. The front desk people didn’t know or care about anything, they were rude and not helpful. When we asked for towels was told when I have time I’ll try and find some! One of the worst, way overpriced hotels going!"

"The place was gross. The pictures make it look better then it was. Staff were nice but the room had no A/C and it was very very hot. Shower water was either boiling or cold, sink handle just fell off, paint falling off everywhere. The room was overall pretty gross but you get what you pay for."
