"We had some issues with the original room and were changed almost immediately.
Both rooms we were in are in desperate need of some TLC, a repaint, some basic maintenance and in the one we slept in, a new mattress. Rooms are very small too. We saw two cracked windows in the walkway from reception to rooms - risk assessment!!!
The staff were very nice, helpful and I'm sure they feel that they are fighting an uphill battle.
Breakfast was adequate at best.
Parking is ok. More options for access to...

"Free parking is always nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms are dated with small tv screens. Pool is small and only given 30 mins slots."

"Terrible experience neighbour knocking on thin walls no tv or music but still caused upset in stay as walked into room once knocked door and asked when leaving hotel? Everyone paid for room invasion of privacy and I’m single mum with 6 yr old in room. No security or cameras to verify just friend few doors away called reception."

"Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon ."

"Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Entrance and seating area is modern and fresh. Staff were so welcoming and attentive in all areas.
The pool was disappointing though-the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms need renovating. Pool was warm and not crowded. Overall, a wonder stay with delicious breakfast. "
