"Very clean bed comfortable tv good selection shower clean but sin e they offer soaps shampoo body wash they needed to restock nothing to complain about e except for breakfast it was kind of disguising several complaints"

"We stayed in a suite, and unfortunately the air conditioning in the sitting room was not working. When we arrived, the room temperature was 86°F, making that area very uncomfortable during our stay. The pullout sofa mattress, where our grandson slept, had several questionable stains, which was concerning. We also noticed that the hallway carpet was heavily stained and appeared to be in need of replacement or deep cleaning. My husband and grandson were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast selection, feeling that there were limited options available. That said, this is an older property, so we tried to keep that in mind and extend a little grace. While the hotel has potential, some maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"We arrived around 6 p.m. We had a code to enter the B&B and our room. The room was clean and the bathroom was roomy. There was a small flatscreen Roku t.v. on the wall and a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave in the room. Lighting was ok...best in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The only off putting part of our experience was that according to directions in the room, access was limited to the hallway, front porch, and our room. Usually, in my experience, all but the kitchen and private quarters are open to guests, which makes the experience nicer than being in a hotel. Also, it would be nice to be greeted by a human unless arrival is very late. We were alone at breakfast, but for a quick minute met the attendents who brought out breakfast. I love B&Bs partly for the social aspect...so if that matters alot to you, this isn't the place. A bit of clean up in the yard and on the porch (and a few real flowers rather than fake flowers on pots) would create a more welcome first impression too. Overall, this was an ok stay."

"This hotel is a nasty place. There is garbage everywhere, used condoms in the courtyard, overflowing leaking garbage cans in the hallway, the railing is so rusted it looks like it's about to collapse. After I checked in and found this out I contacted Expedia to complain and get my money back. The hotel used pictures from a different hotel on the Expedia site. I proved this to Expedia and they were no help at all. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and all I could get was a $25 credit which they never gave me. I will no longer use Expedia for anything ever again being they let people do fraud on their customers."
