"Overnight stay . Staff very welcoming and friendly , and informative about Hotel and surrounding area . Did not actually stay in the Hotel but in one of the lodges behind Hotel which is ground floor level . Bathroom exceptionally clean . Bedroom clean and would benefit an upgrade . Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant . Free Good parking facilities overnight . Enjoyed our stay ."

"Room was small but had everything I needed and was clean and well maintained. Everyone I encountered on the staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was good and, due to an efficient booking system was cooked to order, fast and not crowded. There were a couple of things about the bathroom, which was tiny, that I did not understand. The shower had no soap dish or anywhere to put the shampoo or body wash except on the floor. Very inconvenient to reach down in such a confined space. The mirror above the wash basin was small (maybe 10 x 12 inches). People of different heights may or may not have been able to use it comfortably. A taller mirror is needed. These things are obvious and inexpensive."
