"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"There was nothing to dislike, but everything to like. The room was clean and very comfortable, the owners went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Check in was easy and right from the start we felt relaxed and "at home"."

"The only comment is the TV in the room wasn't easy to use , having to score through many channels trying each one to see what programme was available. If the remote can be set to show programme guide instead of station guide that would be helpful. We gave up !!
Also the bar menu was adequate , however we went into the restaurant side to experience the dining offer in there only to be told it was the same limited menu as the bar, that was disappointing"
"Excellent value for money with large rooms at a realistic price. Staff were pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Evening meals were typical of a pub meal and breakfast were very good. The bar was amenable with the chance to sit out in the evening sunshine. Beer was a reasonable ok rice and good quality. Good parking to rear and although not secure, the area is quiet and feels safe. There were 15 motorbikes in the car park without incidents of any tampering overnight.
The only negative is some plumbing issues relating to showers with it being a very old heritage building but staff are helpful to resolve any concerns.
I would stay there again as it is excellent value for tourists want to lay their head."
"A very quirky hotel with plenty of character.
Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast presented a good choice and the eving menu had a number of choices.
Room was a little dated but to be expected in a castle.
Peacocks everywhere!!
Village centre is very quiet with a number of units closed.
Work was taking place on the central mm aren't square so a little unkempt and inaccessible."
"The room was clean and spacious. The hall outside the bedrooms and the elevator were quite messy and needed hoovering/ cleaning. Friendly staff and good selection of the continental breakfast"
"Stayed 1 night with my husband and 6 year old daughter.
Lovely clean hotel
Poilte staff
Nothing is too much for them.
I asked for an iron and hairdryer, within minutes it was at my door!!!
Nice touch with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits.
Very close to all local amenities
Shame they were fully booked or I would have stayed another night."
"Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg"
