"Had a nice, clean stay. I was hesitant to book from reading some previous reviews, but I enjoyed our stay. A lot of reviews said it was pretty out dated, but they must have just literally remodeled. Our room smelled like fresh carpet, all new furnishings (including USB ports). The beds were new - because they were so stiff and not broken in. Not holding them against them - my husband said it was great (but he prefers a harder bed). I prefer a fluffier bed. Lobby, hallways, room and pool area was super clean. Would stay again. "

"Radisson Blu was great, it was clean and the best part it’s connected to MOA and has a skyway to access other restaurants. My son and I enjoyed our stay. I also appreciated the safety of the hotel. "

"The rooms were old and I can live with that but that meant no microwave available en suite (no public microwave except during breakfast), no closets to hang up clothes and the the safe was broken and you have to take your valuables with you when you leave. There was no internet or, at least, we weren't offered a wifi password. There is only maid service every third day - which is OK unless you're staying there 6 days like we were - and the room description does not mention that. While the room was very clean, the hotel in general seemed dirty. The breakfast a white toast, a few bagels, toaster waffles and cold cereal. There was plenty of OJ, yogurt and milk. The coffee was plentiful at all hours and very good. Also, there was a bus running in the parking lot all night long every night we were there. "

"The staff at the front desk was super friendly, breakfast was pretty decent, the hotel in general seemed pretty clean. The rooms are a little dated...the carpet has seen better years, the paint on the bathroom door was painted over some pretty bad scratches on the old paint so you could still see the texture. The bed mattress was pretty old...it sagged in the center and pulling back the mattress cover showed some stains on the actual mattress itself. The pad and sheeting though were very clean. The window shade thing was really worn out...it was an automatic shade but it has been used...a lot. Heck, it could be the original as it looked pretty old. Overall, the room was clean, but dated and worn out. The pool and hot tub as well as the gym are on the first floor and the lobby is on the 2nd floor...it was an oddity but does not take away from the experience at all. No free parking...so be prepared to pay extra for that. Parking wasn't bad as there is an available underground garage as well as parking lot parking available. "

"Nothing but a drug house. Passed out drug addicts in hallway, whole place smelled of Marijuana, building falling apart, no electricty in room given, front doors didnt work, back door no lights, parking lot all potholes, very dirty, only one worker who refused to refund my money as I was not going to stay in this unsafe place. Do not believe any good reviews or pictures that are shown. Place needs to be shut down"

"The staff here before I start my review are excellent everyone who worked here from front desk to the maintenance team were so friendly. Now to the room when I immediately walked in everything looked perfect. Until you started actually looking. The wood on the bedframe had hand streaks and marks with blood? Toilet had the pink mold which, yuck. Carpet was gross. Th3 room could use a deep clean. Beds were exceptional and so were the pillows. Free packing was fabulous. Pool area is small to cold to swim but it clean and the towels were stacked. I would maybe stay again at the right price. Hopefully they can get better cleaning crew who care more."
