"Location is in the middle of the old town right next to one of the plazas where markets and festivals can be held. Only 10-15 min walk from Bern train station. Across from Starbucks if you care for it. And no worries, no all-night loud music like some cities in Europe. Everything is packed up by 6-7pm. My room was small but comfy and enough for my needs. Would love to have a refrigerator in the room, but the communal refrigerator and the shared kitchen were great (everyone/all guests were respectful during my trip except a few who left their used dishes in the sink.) Extra love for the roofdeck where you could watch sunset with a 360 degree view. All staff members were very helpful and gave me a bunch of good ideas to enjoy my Swiss journey. The hotel setup is unique: self checkin via mobile phone (with staff assistance if needed). So, make sure you have your phone services ready."

"The hotel overall was really nice. Our suite on the 6th floor was good but a little tight for 3 people. The a/c in the room was not getting cold. We had to get a fan. The vent in the bathroom did not work so it made the room even hotter. Breakfast was good and the location was amazing."
