I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier...

Restaurants were amazing, we ate in the Intrepid which was an excellent culinary experience! The hotel restaurant near the lobby was great for breakfast, lunch and watching soccer games or enjoying live music. We took the shuttle to the beach club which has two beautiful secluded beaches with all the amenities!!! We loved it!"
