"The towels and bedding were very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was ample, close parking. However, the sink drain was slow. There was no body wash in the shower. The refrigerator noise was so loud we had to unplug it while we slept. The breakfast was poor (no fruit or meat) and the eggs & biscuits and gravy were barely warm. I would not recommend this hotel."

"There is a lot of construction going on outside which resulted in no parking. You have to park at the bank lot next door. This in itself was tollerable, however, the check-in/unloading, and check-out/loading was a nightmare with no parking near the entry way. There was room for cars but the manager was allowing first come first serve parking. This left no room for people coming in to check-in or out...we had to pull in squeeze ourselves into a spot blocking all other cars and reverse all the way...

"The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"My room was very clean and tidy. The mattress was a little old, but still comfortable enough to sleep on. The choice of an outdoor or indoor pool was much appreciated. Overall, this hotel was a good value."

"The staff was awesome. Didn't really ate any breakfast because I'm a heavy sleeper. Bathroom is very small. Might hit your elbows when taking a shower. It was a little dirty in the bathroom. But overall it served it's purpose which was having a place to sleep. Pillows are very flat too. Might want to use your sweater as a pillow lol. Front door is very thin too."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Berkshire Inn, it was safe, clean, and in a convenient part of Pittsfield. Parking was a breeze and I was comfortable in my room. I would definitely book again!"

"I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!"

"The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

"Prior to our arrival on a warm day, Rocky the proprietor, made sure he had the room's air conditioning running. We had a nice cool room after a hot motorcycle ride. There are also places in walking distance for breakfast, snacks/beer, and a few restaurants for dinner."
