"Check in at guest services was sub par...seemed like I was an inconvenience. Clearly not busy at 1800 Check out (night auditor maybe, since I left at 0500) was awesome but coffee was just luke warm. Lucky to get it though because I was leaving too early for the complimentary breakfast. Since the reservation was booked through Expedia I was not provided a receipt for the stay. I was told I had to ask for one from a "third party""

"Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash."
