"Heated bathroom floors!!! So amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from whether you wanted authentic Scandinavian food or simply juice and toast. The cost was less expensive than most hotels I priced in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The restaurant was also very good. It’s pricey like most hotel restaurants. If you’re traveling to or from the airport the Flybus stops right outside the hotel so it’s very convenient. The hotel is located in historical brygge so there’s plenty of shopping and museums. A very walkable location. Highly recommend!! "

"Great room - comfortable and clean. Bed/Bathroom was sufficient for my needs. Breakfast was totally manic and food could have been replaced quicker. Clear notices not to take food for packed lunches however some people were clearly doing that including what appeared to be a large tourist group. Saying that, choice and the food that was there was good. Also issues with seating - clearly not enough tables and chairs - people wandering about sitting everywhere."

"I loved everything about this hotel. They have a tower you can go up for a beautiful panoramic view of the city. They offer free buffet style breakfast, dinner and Fika in the afternoon. I felt very warmly welcomed by the handwritten note on the room table that said “Hi, have a nice time in Bergen ❤️.”"

"Hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags at the start and end of the trip due to our flight times which was really helpful. However, lots of things wrong with this hotel. Lift broken, lack of amenities in room (no kettle, shower cap etc). Our room flooded whilst we were out and our clothes were wet, they didn’t offer a dry cleaning service to rectify this. The reception area is inviting, however when you go upstairs to the rooms they are very dated and in need of modernisation. "
