The apartment was in terrible shape. Poor beds not enough pillows kitchen equipment. Bathroom was awful. It was very disappointing. Could not wait to leave. Nobody seems to care what shape it was in.

Do not stay here. My son and I were very disappointed with this place. It is terribly mis-represented, the bathroom was dark as the lights do not work and smells of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door does not close, the shower door is a safety hazard as it is completely disconnected so you have to lift it up and move it to the side, it can fall over and break if you are not careful, the couch is not as pictured, it is a different thing covered in stains, the outdoor chair is completely broken under the cushions, there was absolutely no connection to the internet, the kitchen has some random dishes, not much that is useful, there are cabinet door knobs missing, it just is not at all inviting like it is shown to be in the pictures. There is also no communication from the host past the initial provision of the code to the lock box, which is provided after the check-in time stated on Expedia.

For det første var det problemer med å finne nøkler. Ingen tok telefonen når vi ringte til det oppgitte nummeret og det tok lang tid før vi kom oss inn. Med en familien på 5 synes vi dette var en dårlige start på ferien vår i Bergen. For det andre stinket det ekkelt i oppgangen. Både av røyk og søppel. Leiligheten var stor, men vi syntes det var ekkelt med sorte flekker i sofa, stor flekk i senga, løse spotter i tak, dører som nesten ikke gikk i gjen, hagemøbler som var helt ubrukelig, dusjdør på "halv tolv" og mye annet småtteri. Vi synes standarden var langt under ok! Eneste positivt var at det var sentralt. Se bilder for mer informasjon. Vi synes det var så store mangler med leiligheten at vi forventer en tilbakebetalt rabattert sum for oppholdet. Det er ekkelt å tilbringe tid i en leilighet som er så "sliten" som vi har nå beskrevet. Vi prøver å laste opp bildene vi har tatt, men det går ikke når vi forsøker å legge de inn.

Selskap uten oversikt.

Det var gjort en dobbel booking og dette fikk vi beskjed om 1 time før ankomst, så fra en luksusleilighet med sjøutsikt som var vår bestilling, ble det en liten leilighet med utsikt til en bakgård. Senger var ikke oppredd, vi måtte selv plukke ut av vaskemaskin og tørketrommel for å få til å legge på senger, TV fungerte ikke og veldig snaut med kopper og kar. Vil anbefale at har dere en booking i dette selskapet! Sjekk i god tid før ankomst at dere er registrert og få dette skriftlig.
