"Nice and helpfull staff. Many housemade food items during the breakfast, delicious !!"

"Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. We would definitely stay here again. Right in centre as well, 20 mins or so walk to the castle, 5 mins from river...

"Vi syntes hotellet er rigtig godt og vi var meget glade for den service vi fik. Dog er der små steder hvor store forbedringer kan laves. Det er bestemt ikke et 5 stjernet hotel efter vores standard, men hvis man ser på prisen og kvaliteten er det det bedste større hotel i Albanien."

"It felt more like staying at a distant relative's house than a hotel. The place itself and the rooms were very clean and the host along with other workers were very helpful and kind. There was nice selection offered for breakfast and all the jams were homemade. Overall it was a great experience. The only thing that would've made it better if shampoo and conditioner was available in the showers. "

"We loved this property - the staff is attentive, breakfast was rich and you can also have breakfast in the nice garden, they have free parking. We booked a double room and the reception guy showed us the newly renovated section of the hotel which was recently built he said. The room had a huge and modern bathroom, the room was spacious and spotless. It is a great hotel and would definitely stay again. "Difficult to find initially . Locals didn't know it. Eventually host came and got us from town centre. Host very helpful. Gave us lifts to places. "
