The staff was superb, very responsive and quick to help! It was just unfortunate our room got flooded, our new cabin's water pipes froze, and had to get our bed side lights fixed with limited lighting.

We were here for New Year’s Eve, we had the hot tub dome and it was great. Super cozy. Breakfast was really good, and all staff were friendly.

Lake Bluff Inn and Suites
When we got there we could not get into the room. We were given keys and it was a keyless entry so I had to get on the phone to communicate to the front office.
