Quarto com cheiro horrível de mofo, não tem interfone, não tem um copo no quarto, toalhas úmidas, televisão não funcionou, pátio sem iluminação próximo ao quarto enfim não volto mais, espero ter ajudado os próximos, sem contar o valor da diária 300,00 em Maceió ano passado paguei 180,00 hotel 3 estrelas ótimo.

Poderiam melhorar a televisão e o sinal do wifi.Ter um telefone no quarto em caso de alguma urgência seria bom. Mas como passamos a maior parte do tempo conhecendo a cidade não foi algo que nos incomodou! Em meio a natureza,amamos o ambiente!

Esperava por uma pousada melhor. O checkin (atendimento) foi pouco profissional. O rapaz que ajudou carregar as malas parecia estar de má vontade. Tive que trocar de quarto e complementar o valor pra uma suite melhor, que por sinal tinha daquelas TVs antigas. A Pousada tá sendo pintada, mas carece de uma reforma e melhoramentos. O café é simples. Tinha um pão sovado delicioso. Mas o bolo estava ressecado. Durante o café foram atenciosos. Confesso que é daqueles lugares que dificilmente retorno.

Pousada aconchegante, simples, mas com o conforto necessário, com custo beneficio excelente. Localização muito boa, fora do barulho do centro, mas ainds assim proximo a tudo. Ideal para quem esta de carro. O que destaca é a gentileza e cordialidade do atendimento. Muito bom

O atendimento é tão carinhoso, que a gente fica até com receio de colocar os pontos negativos.... só acho que poderiam ajustar melhor o café da manhã.....simples, mas parece que falta algo..... assim mesmo, recomendo conhecer... Obrigado a anfitriã que nos recebeu carinhosamente.....

Fui com minha mãe e meu irmão. Nos sentimos em casa! Fomos muito bem atendidos. O café da manhã tem toques tipicos com um pão sovado maravilhoso, salame, geleias e chimias. A pousada é silenciosa e é possível assistir ao por do sol de camarote da sacada do quarto ou da área externa, com vistas para lindos parreirais. Bom chuveiro e boa cama. Leve o seu secador...

Razoável. Local agradável, mas os quartos precisam melhorar. O nosso estava com cheiro de mofo quando ingressamos. O local tem uma vista linda e o café da manhã é bom, mas precisa ser mais organizado.

Boa estadia

A pousada é boa, o café da manhã bem farto, as instalações são amplas, nosso quarto tinha inclusive uma sacada com bela vista. O banheiro do quarto poderia ser melhorado, faltam ganchos para toalhas, o suporte para colocar sabonete e shampoo era precário e as toalhas eram bastante desgastadas/usadas.

Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro elétrico que não funcionava. Solicitamos na recepção, um outro quarto e eles nos oferecem um quarto já usado, de imediato aceitamos pois precisávamos tomar banho e ao chegar no quarto ele estava sujo, impossível de usar. A gerente da pousada nos ofereceu um quarto novo (ou seja que não tinha sido usado), mas ao sairmos do quarto fomos muito mal recepcionados, com gritaria pq era só para tomarmos banho, pois meu marido se sentou na cama para me esperar, e segundo a gerente nos não poderíamos nos sentar na cama. Como assim??? Meu marido deveria ficar em pé esperando eu terminar de tomar meu banho??? Sinceramente fomos tratados com falta de educação e sem nenhuma cordialidade que precisa existir com quem trabalha com hotelaria. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
