"Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

"We stayed in the king beach Front Room. 2 adults 1 child aged 7. Beds were very comfortable and the room had great views overlooking the pool and beach. Service and hospitality by all staff was amazing, they all make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate and they are great with kids. Shout out to Denny for being great with our boy (again, all staff were good) Very family friendly. Great location close to the airport and walking distance to shops/ markets. Food was amazing at the Palms restaurant within the hotel. We will go back :)"

"we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special. the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that were free. Our balcony overlooked a quite pool. the beach was nice, but because it was windy, there was a lot of rubbish washing up in the water. the breakfast buffet by the beach was amazing! there were so many options. "
