"The property has a nice pool that was an important reason for our choice. It was closed due to maintenance issues. There was no apology and we went to the local YMCA to swim. Everything else was fine--but when a customer is unhappy, the least you can do is apologize or send a bottle of wine to them."

"the staff was helpful when arrived last minute to find a room. the room was very clean and comfortable beds. The hotel was being renovated so lots of things in process on outside hotel and inside hotel but minimal disruption. very nice coffee and breakfast."

"We had a nice stay at the Knotty Pine Motel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, everything was well kept and made for a pleasant stay. The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit harder than I prefer, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, a good place to stay, definitely would stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Manchester View. Our terrace room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was absolutely to die for—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Check-in and checkout were both very easy, and the included breakfast was a nice touch and a great way to start the day. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Hildene, which is nearby and was a very special place and one of the highlights of our trip. A comfortable, relaxing stay with beautiful Vermont views. We would definitely stay here again."
