"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. "We enjoyed the property but didn’t love it. Great set up with two bedrooms, two baths with family room and kitchen. Elevator system is definitely a little strange, food on site is decent but we found better options when venturing out. Staff was friendly"

"There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed. "St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request. "The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."
