"The staff were extremely cooperative, kind, and helpful. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 midnight, and although the restaurant normally closes at 11:00 PM with limited staff and food options, the front desk team patiently understood my situation. When I explained that I had booked a half-board package and needed dinner, they contacted the manager and kindly arranged a freshly prepared dinner within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate their excellent hospitality, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my request. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service."

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a comfortable, professional environment for business travellers. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a productive stay. The staff were courteous, efficient and always helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and the overall service was prompt. I particularly appreciated the quiet ambience, cleanliness and business-friendly facilities. Overall, a very comfortable experience and a hotel I would be happy to stay at again on my next Bengaluru business trip."
