Trip to Confident amoon

We were having a honeymoon(short) trip. Eventhough the stay was good. The food was costly.

Take care of your valuables

We had given our car for valet parking while checking in as well as while checking out. We found that the USB drive attached to our music system was stolen. When next day we reported to the manager, he gave a feeble response that they checked everywhere & couldn't find it.

Expensive and average stay experience

Indoor stadium is way too far. Staff should try and match up visitors so as to make visitors use the indoor games. Discotheque should not be charged extra in any day or stay package. Restaurant staff have a potato stink. Starters taste must be Improved.

Confident Amoon do not deserve to be called stared

Even After the booking was made in advance, I had to wait for 1 hours to get my room Staffs are untrained, rude and do not know how to greet guests, they know one answer as we dont have If are willing to celebrate any special occasion, you cant get a cake even, Chef do not know how to make cake. Food quality is very normal with high price and options are very less to choose form. Very small pool size for common guests.

Great location, well designed!

First thing first! You need to call and confirm your booking, no matter how you book. I booked through Hotels.com and got 2 mail confirmations, yet on my arrival there was no info with the reception about my itinery! Talk about the property, the facilities, amenities, staff, sports... I would give it 4! Just that the rooms (I stayed in IBIS Suite) smelt stale when entered first, after you run the AC the smell went off in a while. The suite I stayed in had another door opening into the greens and the mini golf, could not ask for more. They have villas with own swimming pools, in total 24 pools, that's unique and good! The Spa is good, but it is managed by men only, so Ladies may not go full services. Otherwise, Every type stay will have something or other to enjoy and relax.
