Clean. Friendly staff. Average breakfast. There is no elevator so if you require one, ask for ground level. Close to several restraunts.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and free breakfast. However, the website for the property says: "You can also enjoy free access to the nearby Xcel Fitness gym during your stay." The woman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and said maybe it was the Redmond Super 8. There was a some bugs in our room..and we were stuck in a pet room and we didn't have a pet... we were so tired from traveling but, I asked for a change in room as my kids were scared. After moving all the stuff to a new one. we got stuck in a room with no fridge or microwave which I had paid for. The beds were okay and the shower was nice. But, the inconvenience of the rest was poorly taken care of.

Travelled with my partner. The gal at check in was super sweet and knowledgeable. Hotel is dated, but very clean and you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk into the room...pool as well. Location was great and close to lots of pubs, restaurants, stores. Price was worth the stay.

I’m writting this review before I have talked to the staff so I’m sure it will be addressed. Desk person was super nice, helpful and engaging. I thought I was going to have my little dog with me which would have put us on the 3rd floor ( husband was worried about it hurting his knee). She found us a room on the first floor away from the kids birthday party that was going on lol. I do however have 2 complaints. Bathroom floor is not only sticky but has med length black hair all over it. Also the coffee takes horrible. It takes like either dirty water or fake coffee. Either way it’s not enjoyable I would however still recommend this place because of location, pool, continental breakfast, rooms are cozy

The room was quaint. Mattress was comfy. Husband and I wanted to get away from home and kids for a few days. The stay was quite and we were not bothered.

Love Super 8!
We always enjoy our stay at the Super 8 in Bend. Dawn is such a delight and she helps encourage her emplyees to be as positive as she is.The rooms are always clean, beds comfy, breakfast is great (love those little pancakes), location works well for shopping and visiting our families that live in the area.

Stellar front desk service!
The hotel is outdated, but has a indoor pool, hot tub, and a basic breakfast. The room was small and the bed not very comfortable. I was in pet room which could make a difference. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me and Im so thankful. I failed to catch her name, but just want her to know how much I appreciated her trust. I will definitely stay again!

The room had a weird smell. The halls were very dirty. I have difficulty with stairs and the one thing that i noticed was that you had to go up a few stairs to go to the office and the pool and the breakfast room. That would be very concerning for someone who is in a wheelchair. They would need to go out the back and around the building to gain access to those areas. I was not a happy camper when i had just driven all day, checked into my room them left to go get dinner and when i got back my room key wouldn't work. Mind you i had my purse, a backpack, a drink and a bag of food in my hands and had to walk back up to the front desk to tell them. She tried to blame it on my key fob and phone but it was not stored near those things. I went back down the hallway, all the way at the end, and again it didn't work. So i had to walk back up again and got a new key. At this point my knee was hurting and i was quite grumpy. It was ok for the price and location and at least the pool was clean unlike the other super 8 i stayed in

Super 8 Sucks in Bend Oregon
The room smelled bad. The maids went in while we were gone. We didnt ask for maid service. We had a 3 nite booking. And was asked to leave after 2nd day because they didnt like my partner. Was told we would get a refund when i went to get the refund they said no because we were smoking in the room and we were not. So no refund WOULD NOT recomended Super 8 In BEND OREGON

I was able to get a good night's sleep at this hotel. If that's all you need, then this is the place for you. However, the beds are a bit high, making it difficult for my older family members to get onto them.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Very comfortable spacious room. Liked the free coffee and tea available 24 hrs. The hot tub was very relaxing. They have a laundry room which is very convenient. Close to local restaurants and near the downtown historic district.

Pet Urine Odor Nightmare
We stayed in a “pet friendly” room, we arrived at midnight after a 6 hour trip only to discover that the room had an overpowering smell of animal urine. The front desk gentleman was very kind however he explained the hotel was completely sold out. Needless to say I slept with a blanket over my face to try and filter out the smell. Even with spraying perfume and opening the window and turning up the air conditioner the smell was overwhelming. The hotel needs to either shampoo the carpet or remove it and replace it with tile or laminate. This was completely unsanitary and if it had not been the middle of the night we would have asked for a refund and slept in our car.

Friendly Staff and Fun Breakfast!!!
The Manager on Duty, Vera, could not have been nicer! Gave us all needed info and was super pleasant! The lobby was decorated for Halloween which was very welcoming. And breakfast was awesome!!! We had never before seen a pancake machine! Fabulous!!! Would definitely recommend the hotel!!!!

Had hoped for better
Not so impressed. Staff was all helpful and friendly, but room was stinky, dirty (hair in the shower drain, ewwww!), and threadbare.
