"Wasn’t one of the best stays. It was one of those situations where one thing went wrong and it just continued, but given everything they did do what they could to accommodate."

"Excellent"

"only bad thing was the hotel is up a slope. everything else was perfect."

"Heater is very bad, even the location and view is good. But I need to stay in a warm night not a cold night."
