"I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and I keep coming back because the location is excellent: the McPherson Square metro station is about 15 minutes walk but the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Checking in was easy and the front desk agent (John) was extremely professional, and he also helped us find restaurants. In my traveling companion’s room there was an issue that we addressed and they fixed it by the time we returned from our trip. They recently renovated the lobby and it is beautiful - I’m hoping they will start renovating the rooms as well as they’re a little outdated. No issues with cleanliness, there’s a coffee/tea maker and a mini fridge in the room and they provided 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea. Housekeeping kept refilling what needed. If you have a car and want to use their garage, that would be an extra charge (I believe it was $50/night). Breakfast is $18/person. When we checked out we asked to store our luggage in their storage and they did accommodate it. I highly recommend this hotel for those who do looking for a nice hotel experience and enjoy what DC can offer."

I want to give special recognition to Maria at the front desk; she was wonderful, helping me with my luggage and providing temporary accommodations with a smile while my room was being sorted. She is truly the best! Additionally, Karen at the front desk was always pleasant, professional, and more than willing to assist with any needs throughout my stay. The level of service provided by the staff made for a great experience."
