The stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. I was surporised there was no complimentary water provided. Also, the wifi is unusually complicated to access, but the front desk staff helped us and were generally excellent.

Pampulha stay

Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city.

Conforto e bom atendimento

Nossa estadia no Quality Hotel Pampulha foi bastante agradável. O check-in foi rápido, com bom atendimento logo na chegada, o que já deixou uma boa impressão. O quarto era espaçoso, bem cuidado e confortável, oferecendo um ótimo ambiente para descansar. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boa variedade de frutas e pães, além de omeletes e tapiocas preparados na hora, o que valorizou ainda mais a experiência. No geral, um hotel que oferece bom custo-benefício, conforto e serviço de qualidade.

Péssima. Longe do padrão qualitiy e de outros da rede. Restaurante fechado e cardápio do room service contendo apenas dois itens. Justificativa? Pouco hóspede, mas com hotel cheio. Disseram que o cardápio pode não ter tudo, a depender da demanda. Ou seja, você pode chegar no hotel e não ter o que comer.

Ja fiquei hoapedada outras vezes.no hotel. É um hotel com excelente localizacao. O.quarto tambem muito bom, chuveiro excelente, cama duper confortavel e limpeza tambem ok. Excelente custo/beneficio. Atendendes educadas. Estacionamento no subsolo é dificil estacionar. Muitas colunas mas atende a necessidade de seguranca do veiculo.
