All the employees are kind, helpful, courteous and dedicated to their job. Their answer to all of my requests is always quick and efficient. A big thank to them! The hotel is well-located, clean and relatively well-equipped.

Chegamos lá achamos que tudo ok sobre colocar o carro lá. Na saída cobraram estacionamento de nós e não haviam dito nada sobre isso quando entregamos o carro. Tirando isso, gostei da estadia, o café da manhã é ótimo e hotel é lindo

Quando fiz a reserva constava “estacionamento com manobrista grátis” e “estacionamento coberto incluído”, porém o Mercure me cobrou R$111,24 de estacionamento. Isto é Propaganda enganosa. Fiz a reclamação na recepção no momento de checkout e não me deram razão. Estou indignado, pois este foi um dos principais motivos para escolha da reserva. Além disso, o controle da TV quando acionado o botão do volume, mudava o canal, o ar condicionado estava barulhento e sem funcionamento do controle remoto. Em uma das noites, quando cheguei ao hotel, fiquei cerca de 15 minutos esperando o responsável pela cancela que não estava no seu posto. Tal fato pode ser observado pela câmeras. Gostaria de saber se posso reaver os R$111,24 contados do estacionamento

A gerente do café da manhã é extremamente gentil!!! Merece uma menção honrosa. Senti falta de um suco de laranja natural, pois o integral é intragável. A sauna estava em reforma o que só descobrimos na hora do check in. Excelente localização!!
