Hotel está desgastado. Quartos cansados, portas descascando. Roupas de cama surradas. Café da manhã apenas razoável. Equipe do restaurante educada e com a carinha boa. Recepção com funcionário sobrecarregado, apenas 1 tanto no check in quanto no check out. No geral vale apenas pela localização caso você precise estar naquela região. Obs: hotel está com obras na piscina e academia e em frente tem um prédio sendo construído. Se quiser dormir até mais tarde esqueça.

Pra começar o check-in é tarde às 15h00 cheguei às 15h30 e o quarto não estava disponível foi solicitado pelo atendente que eu aguardasse 20 minutos, aguardei e quase uma hora depois fui informado que a camareira havia sumido e que ele mesmo estaria arrumando o quarto, como estava chegando de viagem com minha família cansado não quis esperar, achei uma falta de respeito absurdo o quarto já não está disponível dentro do horário, também não fui informado que a área da piscina academia e os demais espaços estão todas em reforma e não está sendo avisado nem nos portais de locação nem no próprio site.

A estrutura do quarto é muito boa (quarto amplo, cozinha e banheiro funcionais e bons amenities).
