Limpeza terrível, quarto sujo, com formigas, empoeirado, muito mofo, café da manhã péssimo, paredes descascadas, porta do banheiro aos pedaços. O que salva o hotel realmente são os funcionários, muito solícitos e queridos.

O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Ótimo custo benefício mas pode melhorar na limpeza

O hotel é bem simples mas nós ofereceu um quarto confortável. O café da manhã a também é simples porém bem saboroso. Percebemos cabelo pelo chão e aparentemente limpem apenas pelo meio, nos cantos havia poeira e mais cabelos. Chuveiro quente e bem gostoso. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. Pegando um quarto na esquina então tinha bastante iluminação. Ar condicionado novo. Barulho do movimento do trânsito mas não nos atrapalhou. A sujeira de cabelo no chão parece que é porque passam pano direto sem varrer, ficando grudado no chão. Talvez pela idade da zeladora não enxergue direito a sujeira pois o piso é escuro. Frigobar ok. Televisor pequeno e fora do suporte da parede. Internet ficou travando quando fomos assistir tv mas como estávamos a lazer vimos tv aberta.

Instalações ruim. Atendimento da recepção noturna ruim. Tentaram por duas vezes cobrar valores que já tinham sido pagos. Tive que dividir uma toalha de banho com meu filho. Pedi e não recebi. Em nenhum dos seis dias e hospedagem foram disponibilizadas toalhas de rosto. Havia baratas na habitação. Paredes com mofo e descascando.

O hotel é bem localizado, mereceria um conservação melhor. Observei saboneteiras bambas, no box, lâmpadas que não funcionam, controle remotos que não funcionam ou funcionam parcialmente.

Boa localização no centro de BH a poucos minutos de caminhada do Mercado Central e da Feira Hippie. Na avenida próximo ao hotel tem alguns restaurantes que funcionam a noite para quem chega mais tarde para o check in. É nítido que trata-se de hotel antigo e tradicional da cidade. A estrutura é boa e atende as expectativas.

HOTEL DECADENTE.

Cheguei bem tarde, tinha um casal na recepção. A moça me deu um qto no 1 andar q o ar emitia um valor insuportável e N desligava. O pior e q ela N queria trocar o quarto. A salvação foi o moco q estava com ela que me pôs num quarto top. Essa moça e muito arrogante. Hotel em vistas de outros tempos está bem decadente. Café medíocre e pessoal da cozinha sempre com cara feia. Tv com poucas opções. Cobertores velhos e fedidos. Já me hospedei nesse hotel e tomei um susto.
