Great hotel

We had a fairly short stay at Fasano but a very satisfying one. Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city, great service definitely the place to stay in Belo Horizonte.

A estadia foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL! A prestação de serviço ofertada pelo FASANO de BH, está em um patamar muito acima da média. Desde a recepção fora do Hotel, passando pela recepção (Check-in), quarto, café da manhã, oferta de passeios turísticos (até a guia turística ofertada, assim como o motorista, seguem o padrão de qualidade do Fasano) e, no final, se transforma em tranquilidade, praticidade, cuidado e felicidade para o hóspede. Uma estada tranquila na capital mineira

Foi bem tranquila minha estada neste hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, a área de piscina é adequada, apesar de pequena, desfrutamos bem. Tem uma boa sauna na área da piscina. A cama é muito boa e o banheiro também, com uma ducha deliciosa.

Não recomendo.

O fasano de BH foge a regra do restantes dos hotéis da rede. Atendimento ruim, lento e preguiçoso. Chegamos para o check in e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Serviço mal orquestrado, funcionários com uniformes sujos e rasgados. Uma vergonha. O atendimento dos mineiros é muito ruim. Café da manhã foi um desastre. Tem o bar Barreto, que fica até altas horas com um barulho insuportável que não nos deixou dormir.

Falta melhorias no staff … mas no geral, nota 8

Melhorar staff do estacionamento e recepção. Pela chancela FASANO, acho que um bom treinamento seria válido. Apenas três pessoas foi nota máxima; Eduarda do bar noturno, Leonardo e Daniela do café da manhã, Daniela e o Mâitre que me atenderam no restaurante domingo à noite.

O hotel está deixando muito a desejar! Apesar da boa localização, o que facilita muito, se vende como hotel 5 estrelas. Definitivamente não é ! Os quartos são OK e a comida apesar de boa, o tamanho dos pratos estão extremamente reduzidos. Um prato de ravioli, pasmem, vem com 7 unidades. Um desaforo para um hotel padrão Fasano. Isto não pode acontecer jamais!
