RESERVA NÃO EFETIVADA PELO HOTEL

Realizei a reserva através do site hotels.com na quita-feira a noite, tendo o valor da hospedagem sido imediatamente inserido no meu cartão de crédito. Na sexta-feira de manhã liguei e confirmei com a atendente a reserva. Meu compromisso em Belo Horizonte era as 15:00. Cheguei ao hotel com meia hora de antecedência. Quando fui atendido, informaram que não havia reserva para mim e que não havia vaga para hospedar no Hotel. Me deslocaram para outro hotel de qualidade inferior ao que havia reservado. Cheguei ao meu compromisso era 16:40 horas. Infelizmente não foi boa a experiência. Faltou organização do Hotel Conexão Pampulha quanto às reservas ofertadas e preenchidas.

Conexão Pampulha

No site, há a informação de que o pagamento seria no hotel, entretanto, o hotel, independente de haver uma solicitação de cancelamento, já debita uma diária, o que não deveria acontecer. A rua é tranquila porém o hotel tem somente 4 vagas (descobertas) para carro ao custo de R$ 15,00 cada. Desta forma a maioria dos carros ficam na rua. O pessoal é atencioso e o café da manhã é simples, porém bom. O quarto é grande.

Mesmo tendo o comprovante de reserva e horas antes, ter recebido um link da Expedia para avaliação do check in, ao tentar fazê-lo fui informada que minha reserva havia sido cancelada. Eu viajando desde cedo, saindo de Gramado, chego em BH e tenho essa desagradável notícia. Ainda tentaram me relocar para outro hotel, cujas características do quarto não eram conforme havia reservado e com valor superior. Frustrante.

Péssima experiência

O Hotel Conexão Pampulha cometeu um erro com as reservas, e eu tive que ser "redirecionado" para o Hotel Minas Pampulha. Minha avaliação é, então, com base na hospedagem no Hotel Minas Pampulha. Quarto extremamente sujo, cheio de cabelos, poeira, e muitas formigas (sim, várias formigas). Paredes muito finas, dava para ouvir a pessoa do quarto ao lado até respirar! Quarto minúsculo, sem lugar nem para pendurar um cabide. Abafado e com cheiro forte, pois era todo revestido de madeira, e ficava totalmente fechado. Café da manhã de fraco para razoável.
