Um bom custo-benefício, boa localização, bom café

O hotel apresentava boas condições gerais, tinha quarto grande, bom chuveiro e excelente café da manhã, além de boa localização. De queixa, apenas uma luz queimada no banheiro (fazia muita diferença) que pedi para trocar três vezes até conseguir, na véspera de ir embora numa estadia de 4 noites.

Hotel bem localizado. Quartos amplos, cama king super confortável. Café da manhã farto com tapioca, omelete, ovos fritos na hora, bolos variados, doces, pão de queijo, requeijão de raspa, queijo minas, sucos, iogurtes, deliciosa salada de frutas, cereais. Em termos de conforto bem razoável. Cama boa, bons travesseiros, ar condicionado e televisão. Quarto amplo. Ótimo restaurante com café da manhã farto e diversificado, porém chegue cedo pois tem uma certa dificuldade na reposição. Recepção atenciosa e prestativa. O único senão é que por ficar ao lado de uma avenida movimentada poderia ter uma vedação acústica melhor.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem um café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade. Tenho 3 pontos de atenção a região, por ser muito movimentada durante o dia, tem tráfego intenso e engarrafamentos. A noite quando venta muito, o barulho do vento é algo surreal, é um assobio muito alto, tive muita dificuldade para dormir. E o banheiro do meu quarto, tinha cabelo no box, a limpeza não deu a devida atenção.

Nao é bom

Evitem! O hotel aparenta ter possui poucos funcionários pois o recepcionista se ausenta constantemente para atender os chamados do hospedes. Neste momento, a recepcao fica fechada incluindo a porta de saida do hotel. O chuveiro saia pouca agua e apenas agua fria!!! Havia sujeiras, de reformas provavelmente, no banhiro e corredores.

Desde o checkin até o checkout muito bem atendida pelos funcionários! Possui ferro na recepção para quem precisa, serviço de quarto todos os dias, restaurante no primeiro andar do hotel que serve desde o café da manhã (com muitas variedades e tudo gostoso) até o jantar. Indico e voltaria . Hotel em uma localização calma e tranquila, em frente ao Hospital Madre Tereza.

Muito a melhorar

Roupas de cama e toalhas com cheiro muito forte de fumaça. Outro pontuação muito importante é que no domingo pela manhã camareira simplesmente foi abrindo a porta do no nosso quarto e meu marido estava trocando de roupa no momento. Bastante constrangedor e mostrou extremo despreparo da equipe.

Hotel ok para ficar no máximo 1 noite

Nos deram um quarto que não estava limpo, tivemos que voltar à recepção, nos colocaram em um novo quarto sem vista, banheiro sem exaustor, com luz fraca. Ouvia muito barulho das pessoas no quarto ao lado. Elevadores não dão vazão aos hóspedes, fica muito tempo esperando. Ar condicionado bom, cama muito confortável, café da manhã bom.
