"The property is not what appears in the photos online. The owner was very rude, the front desk clerk stayed on a call for five minutes before helping me. The pool was green and dirty. The bathroom tub had mold all around the tub. The locals live out of the hotel, some with pets. I asked for a refund because the pool water was green, we had 8 children that wanted to swim and the pool water was toxic, we had no choice but to check-in and stay. We booked two nights but only could bare one night....

"Property is under construction so amenities we closed- no pool, ice machine or breakfast. When I booked I realized the pool would probably be closed but the other 2 caught me by surprise. The towels were stained, the carpet was so dirty in our room that it was sticky and there was a dirty napkin in our bed. Our neighbors were homeless with their shopping carts in the hallway and someone had recently smoked Marijuana in the elevator. The staff was friendly and doing their best under the...

"The staff was great ,each time one of them seen me they enquired how I was enjoying my stay and if there was any they could do to make it better.Theused there local knowledge to send me two a n enjoyable restaurant and another to a local tap room.The air conditioner made me not want to leave my room.Rooms are clean and the breakfast was good.I will be back in a few weeks"
