"This is a bit of a party hotel at weekends. We didn't get much sleep due to people staying up until 8am! We complained at 6am and someone knocked on their door but they soon started up again. It is the 2nd time this has happened unfortunately so just be wary if you need some sleep! They did refund half the room but we are shattered! "

"Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer "

"Nice room, great location. Customer service was great, our first room air con wasn’t working and we let them know, we’d checked in late so maintenance wasn’t there so they moved us to a new and bigger room. No hassle and a great experience! "

"Placed just a couple of hundred yards from Picadilly Station its easy to find and well placed for central Manchester. We arrived early but no problem our room was ready, the room was on the first floor and the sound insulation was first-class you could see trains at the station but couldn't hear them. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with just slight signs of wear and tare. The staff we encountered were professional, efficient and pleasant so all in all a great stay. Didn't eat in so can't comment on the food but what we saw looked good."
