"The room smelled like cigarettes and body odor. There is little to no soundproofing from the hallway and so the very loud kids left unsupervised while their parents attended a wedding reception were annoying at many hours of the day. The mattress structure was broken and so one side of mattress collapsed flat if you got near it."

"If you need a cheap room, and don’t require anything fancy, it’s okay. Beds are terrible, staff not overly friendly, and it needs a serious Reno. Lots of hot water, great water pressure, and a really handy location though"

"Checked in July 1 about 3pm. Went out and about the town came back about 8 and wanted to have a hot shower. No pressure at all on the hot setting. So called them and they called me back later to move us downstairs. Very bland breakfast the same everyday. We would leave early to tour the town and come back each day and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned even after 5pm. That definitely needs improvement."

"I like to stay here for a couple of days in the summer. There is a great variety of room types to try. The staff is very good. The lobby is a really nice representation of a classic old hotel lobby. The restaurant is very good and the food excellent. Check out the crescent shaped windows up high and the ceilings. There's a nice lounge beside the restaurant and just off the lobby with some weekend entertainers. The hotel is located right downtown in Moose Jaw, which is a good city to walk around....

"Overall our room was clean and comfortable, but a little bit on the worn side (we understand that the new owners are working hard to refurbish everything, they just hadn't got to our wing yet). The Spa is delightful, and the staff throughout the property are great. The only real downside to our stay was our experience with the dining room. We were told we wouldn't need a reservation (by the morning shift dining room staff), yet when we got to the dining room for dinner they said we should have...
